Olive trees

With 2.300 hours of sunshine, Istria is climatically blessed. In summer, the temperatures can get high, but not too much, while the winters are very mild. This climate is very beneficial for the maturation and the development of the rich taste of the olives.
Olive oil
"Our olive oil does not only have an excellent taste, most of all it is extremely healthy."
The olives are hand-picked every year with the help of some of our guests. Afterwards, they get cold-pressed, but only once, and processed to a No.1 quality oil. That is the only recipe to make our oil premium quality.
Olive harvest
"During the harvest, every single helping hand is needed – together we are unbeatable!"
Every single year, mostly at the end of October, our family and friends get together – our guests are invited to help too. As soon as the date is fixed, we will anounce it here. Each year we have a whale of a time.
